SAVE, TRANSFER, RESTORE YOUR PROGRESS
You can access your account across various devices and Kongregate.com if you have linked your game progress to your Kongregate account.
To link your game progress to your Kongregate account, follow these steps:
- Launch Spellstone
- Tap the Red K
- Sign into your Kongregate.com account
Completing those steps will link your game save to your Kongregate account.
Repeat steps 1 through 3 on your new device and you will be prompted to recover your save.
These steps will allow you to play the same Spellstone account on various mobile phones, Steam, or a web browser.
If you follow these steps and do not recover your save please contact support.
Cards, items, gems, etc. cannot be transferred or traded to other accounts or players.
Please note: account sharing is strictly forbidden.
RECOVERING LOST PROGRESS
If the above steps do not work or you don't have some of the information needed to restore your account, worry not! We may still be able to get your account for you.
Please submit a support request with as much of this info as you have:
- Previous player name
- Player ID number
- Email address it may have been linked to
- Receipts of any purchases made
- The device you used to first play the game
- When you started playing
- Guild name
