I used a Runecrafter's Pouch/Runecrafter's Chest and the items disappeared!
This can happen if you have not reached a 1 Star mastery of the Void campaign. This will also unlock the crafting hammer on your card table. Please contact support for further assistance.
I am missing the Crafting Hammer from my card table!
In order to unlock the Crafting Hammer, you will need a 1 Star Mastery on the Void campaign.
